Compliance

Dorsch Gruppe Compliance – Acting with Integrity

We want to continue to grow profitably in the future, but not at any price. There is no business so important that it justifies the violation of applicable rules and laws in the process. Compliance with rules and laws in our business activities is therefore a matter of fact. We all want to contribute to leading the Dorsch Gruppe into a sustainably successful future.

Compliance around the world

Responsible and ethical conduct towards employees and colleagues, business partners and society, but also towards the environment, is an integral part of our principles and the basis for good collaboration. Therefore, the Dorsch Gruppe has established a global compliance organization.

Dorsch Gruppe Code of Conduct

A globally binding Code of Conduct outlines our principles of ethics and behavior, which are equally applicable to all employees, executives and management. Our Code of Conduct serves as a moral compass for our day-to-day decisions and actions. Dorsch does not tolerate violations of applicable law, rules or the Dorsch Code of Conduct.

Confidential whistleblowing system

Violations of applicable law, rules or the Dorsch Code of Conduct are incompatible with our values and will not be tolerated, and in addition, they also damage our reputation and can lead to legal consequences. For this reason, we would like to encourage those who have knowledge of possible violations or other irregularities to use the Dorsch whistleblowing system. This external whistleblowing system is hosted by an external service provider on an independent and protected server. All notifications are handled confidential.

At any time, you have the opportunity of reporting actual or suspected misconduct. Employees who use the whistleblowing system in good faith need not fear any disciplinary or labor law consequences.

Please find the whistleblowing system here: https://dorsch.integrityline.org/.
