Education:
Postgraduate university degree (at least master degree)

Country/Regional experience:
Indonesia working experience is considered mandatory

Languages:
Oral and written proficiency in English and at least limited working proficiency in Indonesian language is considered mandatory

Expertise / Profile:

• Proven work experience in one of the following areas: forestry, agroforestry, forest development, forest management and silviculture, landscape management, rural development, value chain, micro credits, small and medium enterprises, capacity building, National Park management, biodiversity conservation
   
• Professional experience in Development Cooperation and donor-funded projects in the field of natural resource management or livelihoods
   
• Experience as Team Leader (m-f-d) - CTA or equivalent - or other senior management position within an FC project preferred (e.g., WB; KfW; ADB; etc)
