AHT GROUP AG was founded on 7 April 1960 under the name "Agrar- und Hydrotechnik GmbH" (AHT). Hand in hand with the growth of its spectrum of activities new companies were founded, associated or integrated, and in 1994 AHT GROUP AG was created as a holding company. Agrar- und Hydrotechnik GmbH was renamed AHT International GmbH. In 2003 AHT International GmbH merged with AHT GROUP AG and since then continues the international consulting business under this name.
At present AHT GROUP AG has a permanent staff of 55 employees.
